Our wonderful SeaTacPark customers are asked to fill out a survey when they have completed their trip, left our lot and headed to their next destination. We want to thank those who take the time to leave their comments and reviews, whether they be negative or positive, so that we have the ability to make changes and improvements to keep everyone happy and satisfied. Perhaps the best thing that comes from these reviews is our ability to show our employees the wonderful things that our customers say about them. Once again, we can not thank you enough for your business, loyalty and kind words about SeaTacPark! We will continue to work hard to provide you with the best airport parking service that we can!

“The reason I will keep coming back, I had the misfortune of having my tie rod break when I was trying to leave the lot. The young lady at the gate, found a repair place, called the tow truck, made arrangements for someone to accept the car for repairs, and arranged a rental car for me. All this on a Sunday. She went beyond what many would expect, and I will always be grateful.”
“You are simply the best Park and Ride lot at the airport. Your service is outstanding. I never have to wait at my car for a shuttle. Your lot is well lit with cameras everywhere. I feel that I am safe and my car is safe at your facility. I look forward to your continued great service. So glad I don’t have to worry or wonder where to park.”
“Your company runs like a well-oiled machine. I’ve parked with you about a dozen times now and you’ve met or exceeded my expectations every single time. The turn around time for the shuttle rides is astonishing. I don’t think that I’ve ever had to wait more than 5 minutes on either end, and believe me, I’ve timed you. I wish all companies ran so efficiently. WELL DONE!”
“Had to deal with a dead battery last night when I returned from my trip to TX. The shuttle driver was great in getting another staff member to jump my car. One jumped, that person also checked to make sure I had enough gas to make it home – he didn’t want me to stop anywhere along the way. Didn’t get either of their names in the dark – but both provided great service! We’ve parked here for at least 8 years – there’s not another lot like it in my opinion! Thanks SeaTac Park!”
